Morning routine…
Title: Jason Kakabaker.
The Cakabakery is my “go to” one stop shop for everything cakes, cupcakes, and various other dessert options. I’ve known Jason Kakabaker for years and I’m extremely proud of what he has built for himself with The Cakabakery. I understand how hard it can be when one takes that jump from corporate America to launching out as the one who runs the show. It’s not easy, but when you have talent - it comes naturally and Jason did it flawlessly.
I almost didn’t take this photograph and looking back on the photo above I would have been upset with myself if I didn’t capture it. Our photoshoot was finished for the day and I was in “packing up my gear mode” when out of the corner of my eye I noticed how the natural light was hitting Jason Kakabaker as he glanced out the window. I instantly said “HOLD THAT”, dove for my camera bag, and with only my camera in hand captured this moment.
Looking back on this photo… I have to admit that this portrait is my favorite photo of Jason that I’ve ever taken!
